Arches National Park
Salt Valley Road closed March 31-April 1. Maintenance crews will apply road surface treatments to the Salt Valley Road.
Bryce Canyon National Park
Due to rockfall and retaining wall collapse, the Navajo Loop is closed at this time. Hikers can still use the Queen's Garden and Peekaboo Loop in this area, however there is currently no hiking access down from or up to Sunset Point.
Canyonlands National Park
The gravel section of the Elephant Hill access road in The Needles will close for one day of maintenance on Thursday, April 2.
Olympic National Park
The Elwha area is closed to vehicles beyond Madison Falls parking lot due to washout. Open to bicycle/pedestrian traffic beyond Madison Falls parking lot. Parking and turnaround space are limited. No visitor facilities beyond the gate at the parking lot. A bypass trail provides access around the flood damage. Pets are permitted on leash.
Spruce Railroad Trail at Lake Crescent Closing for Construction. The final phase of work on the trail will begin Monday, March 9 and be completed by Oct/Nov 2020. The trail will be closed to all use for public safety due to heavy equipment and truck traffic. Devil’s Punchbowl will only be accessible by boat.
Zion National Park
The Weeping Rock Trail, Hidden Canyon Trail, and Observation Point Trail (East Rim from Weeping Rock) are closed due to rockfall damage. These closures are indefinite at this time. Lower Emerald Pools Trail is closed for trail repairs until Spring 2020.
